Director of Production
Adam was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. At the age of six, he began performing in musical theater, where he learned in-the-moment production skills both on and off of the stage. At nineteen, Adam moved to Florida to begin eight years of employment with the Walt Disney company. Performing in the Festival of the Lion King Show at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, led to his five years of employment entertaining at Tokyo Disney Resort in Japan. Upon his return to the states, Adam pursued a Cosmetology License at the Aveda Institute Orlando while simultaneously managing at the AAA four diamond, fine dining restaurant, Norman’s the Ritz Carlton, Orlando. Assistant to the Event Manager, Adam learned the skills needed to propel him to move to California in 2012. Adam quickly began managing at the Five Crowns and Sidedoor in Corona del Mar, California, where he planned, coordinated, and managed over four hundred events and weddings a year. Adam is the proud Founder and Director of Production at unoaked.

Alex was born and raised in beautiful southern California. From childhood, Alex thrived on his artistic view of the world and created art to mirror his life experiences. Besides his varied and ever-expanding art collection, Alex also spent years acting on stage and appearing in multiple television shows. Through the years, he has also worked in the food and beverage environment, learning to manage multiple people and tasks in the fast-paced restaurant industry. In 2011, Alex shifted careers to become an emergency dispatcher for both Orange and LA counties. While taking emergency phone calls, Alex perfected his clear, calm, and confident delivery of detailed information. Alex transferred departments within the EMS agency in 2015, to join the Public Relations and Marketing Team, where he continued to foster these essential communication traits. Since then, he has had the opportunity to travel California and use his communication skills to connect with clients face-to-face as a representative of the company. Today, Alex is the Founder and, appropriately, Director of Design at unoaked.
