Provide unoaked. your vision then let us assist with venue search, decor design, color cohesiveness between linens, florals, invitations, while we design the perfect theme and decor to suit you best! Our focus is to establish the overall look and feel for the day and execute the finer details to perfection!

Partial Planning

This planning package is a partnership that allows you to design your own party, but brings unoaked. in for a professional eye to oversee the moving details of your event! During this eight month contract, we will help you in selecting appropriate vendors, assist in creating a floor plan, detail the day of timeline, and guide you through the entire party planning process with ease, comfort, and style! Don’t worry, unoaked. will be available every step of the way to make sure it’s a perfect day!

Month Of Coordination

This thirty day coordination package puts unoaked. in charge of executing all your day of event plans! You will have booked all of your vendors when we come on board to walk through every minute of your party timeline. unoaked. will be onsite to assist and manage the vendor load in, decor set up, venue relations, event timeline, and load out! Allow yourself to fully enjoy the celebration knowing we will be right by your side to make sure everything lands picture perfect into its place!

Adam was born in New Orleans, Louisiana.  At the age of six, he began performing in musical theater, where he learned in-the-moment production skills both on and off of the stage.  At nineteen, Adam moved to Florida to begin eight years of employment with the Walt Disney company.  Performing in the Festival of the Lion King Show at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, led to his five years of employment entertaining at Tokyo Disney Resort in Japan. Upon his return to the states, Adam pursued a Cosmetology License at the Aveda Institute Orlando while simultaneously managing at the AAA four diamond, fine dining restaurant, Norman’s the Ritz Carlton, Orlando.  Assistant to the Event Manager, Adam learned the skills needed to propel him to move to California in 2012.  Adam quickly began managing at the Five Crowns and Sidedoor in Corona del Mar, California, where he planned, coordinated, and managed over four hundred events and weddings a year.  Adam is the Director of Production at unoaked.
