Adam’s journey began in the New Orleans on the musical theater stage at the age of six, where he quickly learned how to think on his feet and solve problems in real-time, a skill he continues to apply at every event he ​executes. At nineteen, Adam moved to Orlando to perform with the Walt Disney Company, which then took him overseas to entertain at Tokyo Disney Resort. Many years spent working for the gold standard of the Disney company has shaped his deep commitment to excellence and hospitality, values that drive everything he does as an event producer today.

Returning to the states, Adam earned his Cosmetology License from Aveda Institute while simultaneously working at Norman’s, a AAA Four Diamond restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton. Adam learned firsthand what it takes to manage ​elevated culinary production under the most demanding circumstances. In 2012, Adam brought his talents to Southern California, joining the team at Five Crowns and Sidedoor in Corona del Mar. He was quickly promoted to Event Manager, where he led the planning and execution of more than 400 events annually for five consecutive years.
